Training Quality Standard

The Training Quality Standard (TQS) is an assessment framework designed to recognise and celebrate the best organisations delivering training and development solutions to employers.

The organisations listed below have achieved the Training Quality Standard with Excellence in Automotive Skills which proves they are the very best at delivering training and development solutions to employers/customers within the retail motor industry.

To see what some of these organisations have to say about their achievement of both TQS Part A (employer responsiveness) and Part B (sector expertise) please click on the case study links.

  • offers a robust, independent view of achievements in terms of quality, capability and performance

Successful Certification:

  • demonstrates to potential new employers/customers competence in delivering training and development solutions
  • demonstrates world class responsiveness to employers and expertise within the training sector
  •  demonstrates progression, achievement, and commitment to continuous improvement to staff and all other stakeholders
  • can in some cases give priority to funding, e.g. in England, Train to Gain and capital/capacity building allocations for employer facing training provision
  •  increases business opportunities with existing employers/customers and develops new business
