World Class Skills - developing responsive provision is the new Learning and Skills Improvement Service (LSIS) support programme in the area of skills and employer responsiveness.  It replaces the Development Programme for Train to Gain and has been set up to help FE sector providers to work successfully with employers to deliver flexible, responsive, high quality training, as called for in the Leitch Review of Skills.

This new programme will help colleges and training providers to enhance the way they work with employers and employees and to maximise the benefits to employers and the economy of upskilling the UK's workforce. The programme includes seminars, workshops and consultancy on a range of areas, including organisation design and development, managing change, sales skills and funding and finance. It is fully subsidised for Learning and Skills Council (LSC) funded providers.

The supporting Your success Service is a new tailored service offered by the Learning and Skills Network (LSN) for FE colleges and training providers who want to implement successful quality improvement and employer responsiveness across their organisation. The LSN offer lots of other support too.
