Contained within the toolkit is general guidance and practical information on delivering a quality and worthwhile work experience placement within the retail motor industry. Its intention is to provide all parties with a structure which will ensure the maximum benefit for both the employer and the student.

The toolkit has been produced to assist employers and organisers in ensuring that the student enjoys a rewarding experience, allowing them to achieve the maximum learning benefit as well as gaining an insight into the retail motor industry as a worthwhile career option.

The work experience toolkit is divided into sections containing guidance material and documentation tailored to suit the needs of the particular user. Together each section comprises an entire package to assist the organisation with the delivery of a structured work experience placement.
