Mon 12 Jan 2009 7.30 pm: CPD qualifying event – Correct repair techniques for high strength steels by Gerry Braddock of the VBRA and Chairman of the IMI Professional Standards and Grading Committee.
All these events will take place at Bentley Motors Ltd, Legends Leisure Club, Sunnybank Road, Crewe, CW2 8WD (the club has a bar where food and beverages can be purchased).
Mon 16 Mar 7.30 pm: CPD qualifying event – Friction materials and their development. John Hibbert of Federal Mogul will present on the research and development of friction material for braking systems and the associated problems of judder, squeal, overheating and excessive wear.
