Ever decreasing cycles

Less than 15 years ago, it was not unusual for a bodyshop to have a car park full of accident damaged cars, and an expanding courtesy car fleet to match. The average time a vehicle spent on site was around 25 days for a 12 hour repair. Now with work volumes significantly down, and a labour rate that has not kept up with inflation, repairers need to work smarter, quicker and more efficiently to stay profitable.
