Meeting Facilities at the IMI
The Institute of the Motor Industry meeting facilities comprise of Fanshaws house and the Prince Michael Conference Centre. These are set in secluded, private and attractive grounds ideally situated near Hertford.
Fanshaws combines the charm of a more formal, decorous age with the flexibility to use presentation technology.
The Prince Michael Conference Centre has all the benefits of a state of the art air conditioned conference centre, with modern multi-media presentation equipment.

Catering Facilities
Our in-house catering is excellent and varied hot and cold buffets are included in the standard delegate rate. Menus and styles of service can be suited to your specific requirements.
Pricing is flexible for tailor made events and excellent value for money. A comprehensive daily delegate rate is available and our standard rate includes use of extra breakout rooms.
A NO SMOKING policy operates within all the meeting facilities.
With easy access by road from the M25, A1M, A10, M1 and M11, with complimentary car parking or by rail from London Moorgate/Finsbury Park stations, the Centre's superb location amongst woodland and gardens ensures natural privacy, with no noise intrusion.
