Good management and leaderships skills are good for business

Having skilled managers and leaders contributes to improved business productivity, profitability and success.  Currently within the automotive retail industry, there is a management and leadership skills shortage.  In fact, the industry has the lowest proportion of S/NVQ level 4+ or equivalent qualified managers  - a matter for some concern given the business benefits associated with good skills in this area.

Businesses need top quality management and leadership for a top quality industry delivering the productivity, and profitability demanded and required of a high-technology sector in the twenty-first century.
